The gym met my needs adequately. It had the usual equipment.

The lack of luggage service was a drag. I hauled my bags myself. The morning reception staff seemed actively to avoid smiling. I wouldn't describe the behavior as cute. It was more like existing in the same space.

The room lacked basic amenities. I had to request tea bags. staff directed me to the bar late at night to get them. This seemed quite inefficient. the overall experience felt more like a budget accommodation than a 4-star hotel, especially given the lack of attentiveness.

I was so close to the arena , it made getting to bed after the show super easy. the breakfast selection was very nice . I found everything i could want. parking validation was a great bonus , saving me money and hassle.

the pool got a little crowded at times.

the hotel is super close to victoria train station , which is convenient for getting around. it is only a short walk to the ao arena , so attending events is very easy.

the breakfast staff was very polite and helpful , they ensured everyone had what they needed. the night manager, jose, went out of his way to be helpful , he even had a nice conversation with me.

Room was modern. It featured a walk in shower. The beds felt large and comfortable. Spa facility use came included . Staff surprised us with a birthday banner, balloons and some chocolate. The hotel gave a parking discount at the AO citipark opposite.

I didn't like there being no changing rooms for the spa. I only saw an open toilet space.

Staff were cute and lovely. A member of staff upgraded our room, I appreciated it. The staff decorated the room, it was for an anniversary. One staff member called to check we were happy.
